Flourish Health provides in-home occupational therapy for people living with disability or health conditions across Melbourne. Our AHPRA-registered OTs come to you - at home, at work, or in the community, so therapy fits around your life, not the other way around.
We help with daily living, mobility, equipment, home safety, and NDIS assessments. If you're a plan-managed or self-managed NDIS participant, or paying privately or through a Home Care Package, we can work with you.
AHPRA Registered
All our therapists are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
NDIS Screening
Cleared through the NDIS Worker Screening Check for working with people with disability.
Professional Indemnity
Fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability coverage.
OT Australia

First Aid Certified
