Flourish Health provides in-home occupational therapy for people living with disability or health conditions across Melbourne. Our AHPRA-registered OTs come to you at home, at work, or in the community, so therapy fits around your life, not the other way around.
We help with daily living, mobility, equipment, home safety, and NDIS assessments. If you're a plan-managed or self-managed NDIS participant, or paying privately or through a Home Care Package, we can work with you.

Step 3: We book your first session at a time that works for you — in your home or via telehealth
No GP referral needed for NDIS participants. Just get in touch and we'll take it from there.
